What is used to make the jewellery?

We use quality silver or gold plated tiara bands and combs, silver or gold plated wire and Swarovski crystals and pearls. The materials of the vintage elements within each piece are often unknown as each element is individually sourced from a wide range of places including fayres and buyers markets for its visual and style qualities. If it is known to us to be silver or marked as silver it will be stated in the item description. Lucky Sixpence cannot guarantee the materials used in the vintage jewellery will be nickel free.

Can I return items?

Returns are accepted for unused items. You must notify us by email as soon as you receive the piece in order to arrange the return of the goods to us. The item and the packaging must be in the same condition as when they were sent. The cost of the item along with the postage cost for the delivery to you will be refunded. The piece must be unworn. The cost of returning the item to us will be at your expense. Please ensure that all returns are sent a minimum of first class recorded postage.

How will the item be packaged?

Bands and combs will be packed in their own individual lint-free cotton bag within a sturdy magnetically closing presentation gift box. We would recommend that bands and combs are stored using this bag and box.
