ONE OFF black knotted silk headband

I'm thrilled to have teamed up with Somerset bridal dress designer and maker Ness Bridal to create these striking hand crafted headpieces.
 
Each knotted band is individually made by Ness before my hand worked beaded detail is added. 
 
This one of a kind beadwork is handcrafted with Swarovski and Preciosa crystals, glass seed and bugle beads, Czech fire polished pear beads and glass diamantes and vintage original focal detail. A mix of black diamond, grey, jet and clear AB tones makes sure this piece has lots of sparkle and plenty of drama.

About the fabric:
Black silk dupion is a handwoven, pure silk fabric made out of raw silk fibre. This makes it silk at its best natural form. The default inherent random slubs distinguish it from other lesser quality silks. It has a low sheen and a beautiful textured effect.

Duchess Satin is an elegant and lustrous fabric primarily used for couture bridal gowns, distinguishable from other types of Satin by its higher thread count. Ours has a silk content for luxurious softness, consistent solid colour and body which holds its shape beautifully, resulting in a chic and modern finish. (Available in Vintage Rose or Classic Ivory)
